Bands of America (also known as BOA) is a High School Marching Band Regional Championship featuring outstanding high school marching bands from around the region in Preliminary competition. The top 12 scoring bands advance to the evening’s Finals and the naming of the 2024 Bands of America Regional Champion.

What: SJ Band Extra Credit (for a Major Performance Grade)

When: Saturday, September 28, 2024 from 11:30am – 1pm

Where: Ratliff Stadium

*Students must be present from 11:30am – 1pm to gain full credit.*

*Students, please find Ms. Monclova or Mrs. Striggles-Lee during event to gain credit.*

FOR ADULTS – $7 additional charge for purchasing on day event

  • General Admission Adult Prelim – Day Only – Start time 10:45 AM – $27
  • General Admission Adult Finals – Evening Only – Start time 7:30 PM – $27
  • Admittance to both Prelims & Finals (day & evening session) Adult Day Pass General Admission – $44

FOR STUDENTS – $7 additional charge for purchasing on day event

  • General Admission Student Prelim (Ages 11 – 18 or College Student) – Day Only – Start time 10:45 AM – $24
  • General Admission Student Finals (Ages 11 – 18 or College Student) – Evening Only – Start time 7:30 PM – $24
  • Student (Ages 11 – 18 or College Student) Admittance to both Prelims & Finals (day & evening session) Student Day Pass General Admission – $41
